The national commander of the Far Eastern University (FEU) Sword Inc., retired Col. Renato R. Rapisura, announced that the fraternity will give a testimonial dinner in honor of Maj. Gen. Edwin Vargas today, Thursday, April 15, 7 p.m., at the Café Villa of the Philippine Army Officers Clubhouse in Fort Bonifacio, Makati City.

Vargas was recently promoted and is now assigned as deputy chief of staff for civil-military operations detailed at the Armed Forces headquarters in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
He is a member of the FEU-ROTC Sword Class 1969.
