The
years between 1995 and 1997 were years of unprecedented
distinctions awarded to the school.

The
ROTC Department copped the first place in the Annual
Tactical Inspection in the regional level. Cadet Col.
Charlie L. Saclot was named Philippine Army Best ROTC
Cadet of the Year, having bested all other cadet officers
representing their respective ROTC Units all over
the country. Cadet Saclot received his awards at the
General Headquarters in Camp Crame, Manila.
