Honor Guard of 1991

It was with the above name that the unit made a comeback in School Year 1990-91. It was composed of volunteers from the main body of the cadet corps. It came into existence primarily to fill a slot in the College Week program that had originally been provided for the then Citizen Military Training Unit. The traditional pass-in-review had been dropped in favor of a "fancy drill" presentation.

After a brief, but lively, seven day training period under the Civil Military Operations Officer Cadet 2nd Class Rommel Rivera, the 18-man guard was introduced and declared active on the morning of February 19, 1991, pursuant to General Order Number 6 dated the same day.

However, as with previous incarnations of the unit it was short lived. It was not organized the following year.
