Mr.
Borja is a "blue-blooded" Atenean,
having studied in the Ateneo de Davao
from Kindergarten, till his graduation
from the Ateneo Law School in 1973.
He
currently resides with his family in Saginaw,
Michigan, USA, where he has an accounting
practice, and concurrently works as Comptroller
of Rice Oil Co., Inc. As of Feb 28, 2001
he was an elected member of the Board
of Education of his district in the Saginaw
Township -- he was also seeking election
to a higher office.
He
is married to the former Eleanor Ledesma,
a registered nurse currently employed
with the US Veterans Administration, with
whom he has been blessed with a son and
two daughters.
