While serving as Deputy Commander, Mr. Aznar also served as the founding Corps Commander of the Davao Merchant Marine Academy (DMMA) ROTC unit. He worked with Major Melvin Guttierez, (AdDU-ROTC Commandant 1993 - 1995), to establish the DMMA ROTC.

He was accepted in the Philippine Military Academy as a member of the Class 1998. However, he was discharged for medical reasons -- a spinal injury.

He is currently proprietor of ECOTRAC Enterprises, and agro-industrial equipment leasing company.

Mr. Rubio joined the AdDU-CMT unit after completing his Basic CMT course in another college.

He recently completed a stint as Battalion staff officer with the 43rd IB, 8 ID, and is now Commanding Officer of the 82nd Military Intelligence Company, 8MIB.
