Whereas
rediscovering a forgotten past is an exceedingly difficult
enterprise, the preservation of current events is, in contrast,
very simple and doable. The ADROTH Project seeks to stem the
institutional amnesia that has afflicted the Ateneo de Davao
ROTC Unit, by reviving the long forgotten practice of maintaining
year-on-year unit histories -- recording events as they happen.
In
support of the Ateneo ROTC 50 Initiative, the project proponents
advocate the adoption of the the following as a template for
the information that the unit must maintain for each School
Year. Additional information, of course, would be desirable;
but at no point should activity-recording practices be permitted
to go below this standard.
