Organization efforts reached a milestone on December 28, 2001 -- when another "text"- dessiminated call to meet was sent out. Alumni descended upon the designated rally point, Cafe D'Million at the Pryce Business Park, at 5:30 p.m.

Former officers from six different school years were assembled. Two were already in military service; four were still in school -- two in post graduate studies; most were gainfully employed. Coffee flowed and catch-up stories were exchanged; at a venue that was apparently unaccustomed to such a large number of animated guests.

By approximately 7:00 p.m., the group moved to the nearby office of LG Collins Philippines; whose conference facilities made for a more suitable venue. There the group wrought the foundation for the alumni organization, tentatively named Kawal Atenista.
